Vincentian Educational and Charitable Trust (VEACT) The Trust has been legally registered under Indian Trust Act,1882 Reg.No.237/IV/2014 SRO Angamaly . a minority institution of Christian Syrian Catholic an Educational and Charitable Trust educational and charitable services in a systematic manner, and for that purposes, the Council Meeting of Marymatha Province of Vincentian Congregation held on September 17, 2014 had authorized the present Provincial Superior, Fr. Paul Puthuva VC to execute the Trust Deed, in favor of Fr. Alex Chalangady, the present Councilor for Education with his knowledge and consent to be the Trustee and to get registered at Angamaly in Ernakulam District. The Management is providing excellent education through its schools and colleges at different parts of the country apart from a large number of social service centers.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS TRUST ARE :-

  • a) To render services in Education- either formal or informal, Media and Communication, and other Social and Charitable activities solely for philanthropic purposes and not for purposes of profit and to all irrespective of caste, creed and community.
  • b) To establish and manage educational, and media and communication institutions and publications, and other social and charitable activities.
  • c) To take over and manage any existing institutions of the above nature.
  • d) To promote and encourage other charitable institution of similar nature or individuals by extending financial or other help.

TO ATTAIN THE ABOVE SAID OBJECTS THE TRUST IS AUTHORISED :-

  • a) To establish institutions or to start activities, or to take over such institutions or activities run by others which may help to attain any or all of the objects of the Trust.
  • b) To incur all kinds of expenses whether of capital or revenue nature for establishing institutions or start activities, or takeover institutions or activities, or maintain institutions or personals.
  • c) To engage in any charitable, educational, social, or audio-visual- communicational activities that will help to attain any or all of the above said objects.
